Admission

One admission covers every range area

Use the pistol, rifle, and shotgun areas during the same business day. Return to the lobby before changing range areas.

Range card and admission

  • $25 one-time lifetime range card for visitors age 18 or older
  • $25 all-day admission per person
  • $50 normal adult first visit before optional purchases
  • Leave and return the same day without another admission charge

Younger visitors and spectators

  • Visitors ages 5–17 pay admission but do not purchase a range card
  • Anyone entering a shooting-range area, including spectators, pays admission
  • Visitors ages 5–17 must be accompanied by an adult and remain within that adult’s arm’s reach

Firearm rentals

Every listed Garland rental firearm is the same flat price. Rental firearms must use ammunition purchased from Garland Public Shooting Range.

Optional firearm services

Gunsmithing and rifle sight-in prices

Complete rifle sight-ins are performed on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Some basic repairs are also available; repair acceptance and turnaround depend on the firearm and requested work.

Bring cash

Garland is cash only. Credit cards, debit cards, local checks, and mobile payments are not accepted. An ATM is available inside the lobby; no ATM fee is promised online.

No sales tax is charged on the range card or daily admission. Normal sales tax applies to ammunition, targets, and merchandise.
